- What types of jobs can I post?
- Student jobs, internships and first jobs. You choose the type when you post. Want to hire a student worker? Then choose 'student job'.
- How much does posting a job cost?
- From €30 per credit (excl. VAT). A student job or internship costs 1 credit, a first job 10 credits. The more credits you buy, the lower the price per credit.
- How do credits work?
- You buy a credit pack and use them to post your jobs whenever you like. Your credits stay valid for 2 years and each job stays online for up to 90 days.
- What is the difference between credits and a licence?
- Credits are ideal for occasional hiring, paid per job. The annual licence is built for continuous hiring: unlimited posting for 12 months, premium visibility and personal support, tailored to you.
- How does AI matching work?
- Describe the profile you want and our AI surfaces, from the available talents, the most relevant candidates for your job.
- How does the Talent Pool work?
- Instead of waiting for applications, you search directly among the young people available on Student and filter by studies, degree, region, languages, experience, skills or availability.
- Can several recruiters work on one account?

- Can I connect Student to my ATS?
- Yes, an ATS integration is available with the annual licence. Contact us to discuss it based on your tool.
- How do you hire a student worker in Belgium?
- You need a written student employment contract, signed at the latest on the first day of work, and a Dimona declaration of type STU before the first working day. Within 650 hours per calendar year you pay a 5.42% solidarity contribution instead of ordinary social security contributions. Check the student's remaining hours on Student@work before you sign.
